How To Pop The Question!

You’re planning on asking for her hand in marriage. The wedding proposal is one of the most important things your fiancée will being telling everyone, and it will also be one of the most important days of her life.

If your girlfriend is really close to her family, make sure to ask her dad or both parents for their daughter’s hand in marriage. By you doing this it will show her family how serious you are about marrying their daughter. If you have the ring make sure to take it with you when you go talk to her parents.

Here are some ideas on how to ask for her hand in marriage.

A Seasonal Proposal:

Summer:

- You can write the words “Will you marry me?” on the sand.

- You guys can built a sandcastle together at your favorite spot and then when you guys are done you can place the ring on top.

- Buy a sand dollar from the store, on the back write “Will you marry me?” Go for a walk and when she’s not looking put it on the sand. Then tell her want you found and give it to her. When she looks at it tell her to read the back and then wait for her “YES!”

- Bend down to pick a shell but instead of getting a shell get her hand and as her for her hand in marriage.

Fall:

- Take a long walk around a park, where the leave are orange, yellow and red all of the fall colors. As you guys are walking, ask her for her hand in marriage.

- Buy her a bouquet of seasonal fall flowers, get a ribbon and tie her ring along the flowers.

- Get a Scarecrow and have it hold a sign that says, “Will you marry me?” and put it in front of her house. She’ll be surprise when she sees it.

Winter:

- Take her on a sleigh ride and propose to her as you guys are snuggling together with the blanket.

- Have a snowball fight and in one of the snowballs put the ring box and throw it to her and then ask for her hand in marriage.

- Built a snowman and have the snowman hold a sign saying “Will you marry me?”

If you want to use toys to pop the question:

- You can tie a ring to a teddy bear and give it to her.

- Or you can do my favorite idea ever!!! Go to Build-A-Bear dress up the bear in a tuxedo and you can get a voice box and make your own recording, “(name) will you marry me?”
